Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
✰ Shirts are custom printed to order. As a result, production time may be between 7-10 business days. 
Items will potentially ship faster depending on the workweek.
✰✰✰
Due to Covid-19, processing time may be longer. We will communicate with you if this is the case. There are shortages in certain tee colors, as well as delays with USPS. We apologize greatly for any inconvenience!

✰  If an item needs to be made sooner, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your need by the requested date. Extra fees may apply.
✰  All packages are labeled prior to dropping off- they will NOT scan in the items until later in the evening/early morning (1 am) once they have received the package at the distribution center.
✰  All orders will then be shipped via USPS mail (3-5 days). 
✰  All orders can be upgraded to PRIORITY class USPS mail for an additional charge (add it during checkout, 2-4 days).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
✰  You can track your order by visiting USPS.com.
✰  Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
✰  Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team. 
HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
✰  Should you not receive your package, please contact us at chozen1designs@gmail.com to assist you in locating your order. 
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? 
✰  If you are local to Greensboro, NC and would like to pick up your order, you are more than welcome to!
✰   If you need your order shipped, you will be invoiced for shipping. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with pickup information.

 PLEASE NOTE:

✰  We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

  Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.

  Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". 

✰  You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. 

  If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
