Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
✰ All Chozen 1 Designs products are made-to-order, therefore refunds cannot be provided. We will remake or exchange an item in the following circumstances:
- It is defective
- There is an error in craftsmanship
- It was damaged due to improper packaging during shipping
✰ Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences.
✰ Chozen 1 Designs cannot replace items damaged due to not following the provided care instructions or spelling or design errors on the part of the customer.
✰ If you believe your product falls under one of the above reasons and you wish to remake or exchange your product, contact Chozen1Designs@gmail.com within:
- 5 days of receipt
- 15 days of receipt if purchased during November or December
After the specified time, we are not obligated to accept any exchanges or remakes.
✰ Please allow up to 10-15 business days from the time of order for your product to be delivered. For orders of over 50 products, please allow up to 20 days. Chozen 1 Designs is not responsible for customer delays in communication or failure to finalize a design, which could hold up production and delivery.
✰ Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product.
- Chozen 1 Designs is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.
- Chozen 1 Designs is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the item a second time.
- Chozen 1 Designs cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times.
- Chozen 1 Designs does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL (store credit is an option.)
✰ Note: Chozen 1 Designs reserves the right to refuse designs that are deemed by the owner to be inappropriate or offensive.
We urge you to please refer to sizing measurements in the item description prior to ordering.
