Production and Return Policy

All Chozen 1 Designs  products are made-to-order, therefore refunds cannot be provided. We will remake or exchange an item in the following circumstances:

• It is defective
• There is an error in craftsmanship
• It was damaged due to improper packaging during shipping

Chozen 1 Designs cannot replace items damaged due to not following the provided care instructions or spelling or design errors on the part of the customer. 

If you believe your product falls under one of the above reasons and you wish to remake or exchange your product, contact Chozen1Designs@gmail.com within:

• 14 days of receipt
• 30 days of receipt if purchased during November or December

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of order for your product to be delivered. For orders of over 50 products, please allow up to 14 days. Chozen 1 Designs is not responsible for customer delays in communication or failure to finalize a design, which could hold up production and delivery. 

Local orders may be picked up by appointment only to avoid shipping costs. You must select Pickup at checkout.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Chozen 1 Designs  was at fault for any reason.
